About Us

Indigo Estates, Laplace, Louisiana, was developed between 1988 and 1992 with many new home seekers being attracted to the area because of the amenities offered in architectural consistency, attractive common areas, privacy perimeter fencing and location near schools, churches, shopping and major highway accesses.

Since the completion of the subdivision by the developer company, the Homeowners Association, which includes all property owners, has continued the preservation of the neighborhood through the improvement and maintenance of all common areas and the promotion of recreation, health and safety within our community.

We’re responsible for consistently maintaining a high standard of living within our community. Our residents’ satisfaction is our top priority, and we plan events and provide amenities for exactly that purpose.
